That's a terrible apology.
Seriously, though, it is impossible to take the above fit and replace everything with T2s. With the MWD, the T2 is, in fact, slightly worse for both cap-use and fittings, while offering the same speed and signature bloom.
TL;DR: T2, in this case, is not better.

If it's just a couple of ships that aren't BS sized I suppose you could use medium reps.
Downgrading to mediums gives you a whopping 10 seconds more with everything running. Still, a valid point.

Gosh, first you show your own incompetence and laziness, then you turn to utter churlishness as well.
Your options for making this cap stable are limited:
*Fit a booster, but loose the ECCM, and downgrade 3 reppers to medium. But now you're useless against the first ECM boat you come across.
*Downgrade to mediums, replace rigs with CCCs, replace RCU with cap relay, replace ANM with a cap relay. Loose a fair bit of tank.
